You can return items up to 14 days after you’ve received them
You will be refunded the full price of the items, if the item is still in perfect and original state.
Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Returns and Exchanges on SALE items Are never Accepted. Only Full-Priced items.
If you want to return or exchange goods, please first contact us by emailing sobrconcept@gmail.com and giving us the following information:

The reason for returning.

14 day returning
The date we receive your email is the date we will use to decide if your warranty falls under the 14 day periode. Once we have given you confirmation you still have 10 days to get the return back to us. If the goods are not on time with us, we have the right to refuse them.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the costs to return your item. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation, tracking and appropriate insurance. If you choose not to go for a secured tracking, Sobr can not be taken responsible for the package being lost, damaged or otherwise not received.
